About Zhejiang Tianli Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd. Phosphating Process Technical Transformation Projec

The “Three Simultaneous” acceptance summary of our environmental protection facilities and the relevant materials of Zhejiang Huifeng Environmental Testing Co., Ltd. “Completion word [2016] No. 09 Construction Project Environmental Protection Facilities Completion Acceptance Monitoring Report” (hereinafter referred to as “Monitoring Report”) have been completed. According to the "Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects" and relevant laws and regulations, the following environmental protection acceptance opinions are proposed by the organization of the expert group on-site review by our organization:

I. In the production process, pollution prevention and control facilities such as wastewater, waste gas, noise and solid waste have been basically implemented in accordance with the construction project environmental impact report and approval opinions. According to the "Monitoring Report" and the on-site inspection opinions of the expert group, it is agreed in principle that the technical transformation project of the phosphating process of Zhejiang Tianli Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd. was officially put into production at No. 7 Lisha Road, Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone.

Second, according to the "Monitoring Report" conclusion: PH, CODcr, BOD5, petroleum and SS of the total discharge of sewage reached the three-level discharge standard of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996), and total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen reached the "Zhejiang Province Industry" Standard Requirements for Indirect Emission Limits of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Pollutants in Enterprises (DB33-887-2013); Enterprise Boundary Noise Meets Category 3 and 4 as stipulated in “Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Industrial Enterprises Boundary” (GB12348-2008) Standard; solid waste generated in production is comprehensively utilized and disposed of properly. The environmental management systems for environmental protection facilities operating procedures and post responsibility systems are relatively sound. (The above indicators are monitoring indicators in the monitoring report)

Third, it is required to further strengthen the daily management and maintenance of environmental protection facilities, further strengthen pollution prevention and control measures; standardize all types of solid waste temporary storage sites, improve signage, standardize the temporary storage, transfer and disposal of various solid wastes; and strengthen pollution control facilities. The operation management and maintenance, improve the account system, standardize the operating procedures, and ensure the stable discharge of all pollutants.
